Our Surfacing Department
was upgraded this Fall also with new technologies that
include Digital Alloy-Free Onyx
Bond Blockers. We are proud to be the
first
laboratory in the US to have this
technology. All of our equipment is computer
interfaced and networked to our main computer system
and calibrated regularly to ensure the highest
quality. We surface all materials: plastic,
polycarbonate, hi-indexes, Trivex, photochromic
lenses, and glass. We incorporate the best in
consumable products (tapes, pads, polishes,
coolants, lubricants, and cleaners) to give your
patients the quality eyewear they expect and
deserve.
Our skilled technicians can
accommodate challenging Rx's with custom tooling and
processes. We also employ materials and practices that
are environmentally sound, like our new E2G blocking
system, and use filtration systems to clean and recycle
our liquids and water.
